The Finished Thing

I was going to add a little text box saying what the page was about and who was in the pictures, but I decided against it. I can always add that later. I folded the tissue paper around the edges and glued it down.

I also added some rubbish shoes and a bag, the kind of square shoes that you see on a card. I just wanted to see what they looked like. They were also made from the silver packaging.

I had to cut the purple flowery paper for it to fit on the page. Then I overlapped everything and stuck it all down.

I also cut a ribbon that came wrapped around some pyjamas. I just cut it so it was sust the bow and some short ends. I also stuck that on with some cheap glue, because it won't be able to move once the page is finished.

The finished page. Yes it may not look as neat as the pages from the scrapbook packs, but it is more personal and fun to make. I also stuck it in a €3 photo album with the plastic that you peek back. I had to trim the edges a bit in order for the plastic coating to reach the sticky bit.
I got glue on the edges and it left a bit of a mark :(
